Continuous Tense lerde fiile "-ing" takısı geldiğini biliyorsunuz. Active bir cümle eğer continuous tense lerden biri ile yapılmışsa o cümlenin kendi yardımcı fiilinden sonra "to be" filinin "being" şekli getirilir daha sonra active cümlenin fiili past participle (üçüncü haline) çevrilir ve "being" ile birlikte kullanılır.
örnek cümlelere dikkat edilecek olursa diğer cümlelerden farklı olmadıklarını göreceksiniz.

The Present Continuous Tense (Şimdiki zaman)

The maid is cleaning the house now.
(Hizmetçi şimdi evi temizliyor.)

Cümlenin nesnesi bulunur bu passive cümlede özne olarak başa geçer.

The house...

Active cümlenin kendi yardımcı fiili olan is özneden sonra gelir. (Eğer nesne olarak alınan kelime çoğul olsaydı is yerine are yardımcı fiili kullanılırdı.)

The house is...

"Is" yardımcı fiilinden sonra "to be" fiilinin "being" şekli kullanılır.

The house is being ...

Active cümlenin fiili "cleaning" past participle (üçüncü haline) çevrilir, (cleaned) "being" yardımcı fiilinden hemen sonra getirilir.

The house is being cleaned...

İstenirse işin kimin tarafından yapıldığı "by" kelimesi ile birlikte ilâve edilir.

The house is being cleaned by the maid now.
(Ev şimdi hizmetçi tarafından temizleniyor.)

Böylece passive cümle tamamlanmış olur.
Diğer continuous tenselerin passive şekline çevrilişi de aynıdır. Sadece cümlenin yardımcı fiili farklıdır.

Dinner was being eaten when we arrived.
(Oraya vardığımızda akşam yemeği yeniyordu.)

Somebody has been playing the piano for two hours. (Present Perfect Continuous Tense)
The piano has been being played for two hours.
(İki saattir piyano çalınıyor.)

I noticed that the air-hostess had been preparing the passengers for the take off. (Past Perfect continuous tense)
I noticed that the passengers had been being prepared for the take off by the air-hostess.
(Yolcuların hostesler tarafından uçuşa hazırlandıkları dikkatimi çekti.)

They are doing those exercises correctly. (Present continuous tense)
Those exercises are being correctly done.

They were pulling down the old buildings. (Past continuous tense)
The old buildings were being pulled down.
(Eski binalar yıkılıyordu.)

Mr. White said that they were not returning the books. (Past continuous tense)
Mr. White said-that the books were not being returned.
(Bay White kitapların geri getirilmediğini söyledi.)

The students have been studying economics in this school for five years.(Present Perfect Continuous)
Economics have been being studied in this school for five years.
(Bu okulda beş yıldır ekonomi okunuyor.)

They have been playing table-tennis for an hour. (Present Perfect Continuous)
Table tennis has been being played for an hour.
(Bir saattir masa tenisi oynanıyor.)

I saw that he had been using my shaving machine. (Past Perfect Continious)
I saw that my shaving machine had been being used.
(Tıraş makinamın kullanılmış olduğunu gördüm.)

When I arrived all the doctors had been examining the patient. (Past perfect continuous)
When I arrived the patient had been being examined by all thedoctors.
(Oraya vardığımda hasta bütün doktorlar tarafından muayene ediliyordu.)

We shall be taught the new system.
(Bize yeni sistem öğretilecek.)

You will forget me till we meet again.
I shall be forgotten till we meet again.
(Bir dahaki buluşmamıza kadar unutulacağım.)
